We operate a 30 day cancellation policy. If you cancel before this period you will receive 100% of your booking fee back.

If you cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in, then you will receive 100% of your booking fee back.

If you cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, you will receive 50% of your booking fee back. 

If you cancel less than 14 days before check-in, you will not receive any of your booking fee back.

For the majority of our properties we do not allow pets.

In order to make a booking with a service dog, you must reach out to us via hello@exclusiveshortstays.co.uk before making a booking to be granted permission and ensure you do not break the terms and conditions of your stay.

Yes, all our properties have high speed WiFi available for your use through out the property during your stay.

We have an easy self-check in process for each of our properties, you will receive all relevant details such as address information and keysafe codes just prior to your check in time. This allows you to arrive and check in at your leisure. Upon leaving we require keys to be placed in the keysafe as you found them.

Security deposits are pre-authorised on credit cards / debit cards and will drop off your card after 7 days. This is subject to housekeeping review. We encourage you to register your booking at I-PRAC, which provides 100% payment protection against fraud.

The safety of our guests and employees is of paramount importance to us, so we have stepped up precautionary measures at all our properties to ensure they are cleaned extensively throughout. Properties undergo a stringent disinfection process after every checkout to ensure the safety of everyone. We also offer contactless check-in at all our properties for your safety and convenience.

Yes, we provide fresh linen for guests, including all bed linen and towels.

Please check the property thoroughly to ensure you are not leaving any belongings behind. We regret to inform you that if you are not able to come back to the property to collect anything left behind at the time when our cleaners are in attendance, we will need to charge for postage at cost, plus an admin fee of £15 to cover staff time and mileage.
